Cancellation Policy
No charge if you cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No charge if you rescheduled your appointment at a different time on the same day, scheduling permitting.
Same day cancellations will be charged a full appointment fee. You will be personally responsible for this charge. This charge will not be billed to nor paid for by your insurance company. We reserve the right to refuse to schedule future appointments until the fee is paid.
Late Arrivals
If you are late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten the appointment time in order to stay on schedule. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your Acupuncture treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full treatment session.
If we need to reschedule, you will be consider a same day cancellation and will be charged a $50.00 fee. You will be personally responsible for this charge. This charge will not be billed to nor paid for by your insurance company. We reserved the right to refuse to schedule future appointments until the fee is paid.
No-show
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or do not provide a 24 hours cancellation notice will be considered a no-show and you will be charged a full appointment fee. You will be personally responsible for this charge. This charge will not be billed to nor paid for by your insurance company. We reserved the right to refuse to schedule future appointments until the fee is paid.
Package Duration Policy: Packages must be used within 12 month from date of purchase unless otherwise agreed to other terms before the package was purchased. Package refunds will be prorated at the single treatment fee ($80) for each treatment used.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates must be used within 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise agreed to other terms before the gift certificate was purchased.
